Arguably Sydney’s most iconic restaurant, Icebergs Dining Room and Bar is an institution. It was a privilege to undertake this ambitious refurbishment. Working closely with Roman-based architect Lazzarini Pickering, as well as our in-house design team APS Design, we carefully restored and refreshed the “invisible restaurant”, adding beautiful new features.
A complex site on crown land, this project presented the types of challenges that required our deep experience and knowledge. With it's new terrace, Icebergs will be creating memorable experiences for diners for many years to come.
